Marketron has announced that Network Connect, a component of its Mediascape broadcast business software program, is now used by over 1,000 stations. This milestone translates into 153,411 orders and 5.2 million radio spots.
The company explains that Network Connect processes network orders, tracks creative media, manages revisions and provides performance affidavits. It adds that Network Connect enables stations to receive orders, copy instructions and make revisions electronically, which eliminates discrepancies, cuts manual labor and increases compliance rates. It also automatically files performance affidavits with the majority of the top networks.
“Marketron’s Network Connect enables us to be efficient and cost effective when it comes to processing network orders,” said Executive Vice President and CFO of Townsquare Media Stu Rosenstein.
On average, a station using Network Connect saves over eight hours of manual labor per week, according to a release.
Clients include Cox Media Group, Univision Radio, Townsquare Media, Wilks Broadcasting, Cherry Creek Radio, Connoisseur Media, PMB Broadcasting and others.
