Martin Promoted to VP at Dielectric

Dielectric Communications has appointed Jay Martin to the position of VP, TV Product Management. He will focus on the engineering of new products. Martin has more than 20 years of radio industry experience, and started at Dielectric in 1985. He has held positions including television antenna product manager and senior director of marketing.
