Sirius XM Radio said its application for iPhone and iPod Touch has been downloaded more than 1 million times from the iTunes iTunes App Store. The Sirius XM app debuted on the iTunes App Store on June 18.
The satcaster says the app lets users access 120 of its channels.
Sirius XM Radio President and Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein said reaching more than 1 million downloads so quickly is a testament to the satcaster’s strong programming and brand recognition.
