NAB will host its annual Executive Development Program for Radio Broadcasters July 17 – 20, at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in Washington.
The EDP is designed to increase managerial effectiveness. It’s meant to equip attendees
to meet the changes and challenges of the rapidly evolving radio business. Sessions will cover competitive strategy in the business environment, financial analysis, presentation skills, negotiation, information technology, public policy and relationship development.
The application deadline is May 1, 2004. Registration is $1,595 for members and $2,395 for non-members. The program fee covers tuition, instructional materials, three NAB-sponsored lunches and a certificate of completion. Registration is available online at

The NAB Education Foundation will also award up to four fellowships to attend the EDP. NABEF has established the Professional Fellowship Program to provide management training for radio and television broadcasters of demonstrated ability who show promise for future advancement in the industry.
