NAB will now recognize the efforts of broadcasters who program their multicast channels creatively.
Entries open this Friday, July 13, for the NAB HD Radio Multicast Award, given to a multicast station that is creating unique, innovative or groundbreaking programming.
The award will be presented at the keynote session on Thursday Sept. 27 during the NAB Radio Show in Charlotte. NAB tells me the winner gets a unique prize.
Stations can submit their entry online through the NAB Web site. Stations can contact Chris Suever at email@example.com or (202) 775-3511 for more information.
