The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters has set March 11 as the date for the 21st annual Communications Awards Dinner. Honorees are noticed for their contributions to entertainment, communications and public service. Past honorees have included: Denzel Washington, Angela Bassett, Danny Glover and Spike Lee. The black tie event will be held at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington.
