The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters told the FCC in a filing the application to merge filed by the satellite radio companies should be dismissed or denied.
NABOB states the satellite radio companies “have failed to demonstrate” why the commission should reverse its earlier ruling and allow the two companies to merge.
