One of the new full-time sports radio networks, NBC Sports Radio, has announced the addition of several affiliates.
Recent additions include KDUS(AM) in Phoenix, KEPN(AM) and KKFN(FM) in Denver, KFWB(AM) in Los Angeles, WGGG(AM) in Gainesville, Fla., WMOP(AM) in Ocala, Fla., WNNG(FM) in Macon, Ga., and WQZQ(AM) in Nashville, Tenn.
According to a release, these additions bring the total number of affiliates to 266. The network is a joint venture of the NBC Sports Group and the Dial Global broadcast services company. It was started in September of 2012 and went to full-time operation in April.
