It was a busy week for David Solomon and his colleagues at the FCC Enforcement Bureau.
The FCC has announced yet another fine, this one $10,000 against Rawlins Charles of Brooklyn, N.Y., for operating a station without permission. It cited him for “willful and repeated violation” of the Communications Act.
The notice of liability was issued by the New York office. The station was on 96.7 MHz. The FCC said Charles did not respond and that the fine is upheld.
