GatesAir has added two company veterans to its leadership board. Between them they have 72 years at the firm and its predecessors.
New CEO Barbara Spicek said Chief Revenue Officer Joe Mack adds the duties of deputy CEO, while Vice President of Finance Jeff Hills has been promoted to chief financial officer.
Mack has been with the company for 42 years. He became VP of sales for the Americas when Harris Broadcast’s transmission business became GatesAir in 2014; he was promoted to CRO in 2020.

Hills joined the company in 1993 and has held several senior finance positions for GatesAir and Harris Broadcast. The company said he has been an important consultant through the recent acquisition by Thomson Broadcast. He will lead the finance, HR and IT departments.

Spicek made the announcement with Thomson Broadcast President-USA Aby Alexander.
