Skyview Networks, under its new sole owner Steve Jones, has announced a series of organizational changes that include elevating Andrew Kalb to COO and hiring Sarah Foss as chief transformation officer.
The company said the moves are “designed to sharpen strategy, improve alignment and increase efficiency” and to create clearer, more focused leadership.
President, CEO and Chairman Steve Jones became the sole owner earlier this year after a shareholder redemption from founder Ken Thiele and its other owners. Skyview was founded in 1996 by Thiele to provide sports broadcast distribution, software and ad sales. Before joining the company in 2019, Jones was vice president and general manager for ABC Radio at Disney.

In the latest changes, Andrew Kalb has been named COO, overseeing the business and operations portfolio and leading its sports partnerships across professional and collegiate sports leagues.
Prior to Skyview, Kalb was executive director/programming and news coverage for ABC News’ audio businesses; he later founded Blue Desk Productions, a content consultancy, management and strategy firm. He joined Skyview in 2022; his most recent title was EVP of strategic business operations.
Clayton Nix was named CFO. Before joining Skyview, he held senior financial roles in media including leadership positions at CMG, Cox Radio, iHeart Radio and AMFM Radio. He came to Skyview in 2024 and most recently was EVP of finance.
Sarah Foss has joined as chief transformation officer. “She will work closely with executive leadership to drive key initiatives across the company and ensure disciplined execution,” it said in a statement.

Foss is former CIO/CTO at Audacy. She also has had roles at Freewheel, Imagine Communications, Encompass Digital Media, VCI Solutions and Harris Corp.
Ethan Aragon becomes senior executive director of business strategy. He joined the company in 2014, rising from client service director to senior executive director of insights.
“This is an important evolution of Ethan’s role and reflects our belief that analytics should drive action, not simply report results,” the company stated.
Also new to Skyview is Nicholaus Tzineff as revenue analytics strategist. The company called him a “highly accomplished sales and research executive” with experience at ESPN, Westwood One and Premiere Radio Networks. He most recently was director of audio research at ESPN.
