The Society of Broadcast Engineers has opened voting in the annual election of national officers and half of its board of directors.
President Ted Hand will conclude his second term this fall. Vice President Kevin Trueblood is the only candidate to succeed him. There is also one candidate each for vice-president and secretary, but the election for treasurer is contested, and 10 candidates are running for six available director seats.
Voting ends Aug. 13. The slate of candidates is posted on the society website.
Members should have received a unique link by email. Those who opted out of electronic voting will receive a ballot in the mail.
