Prophet Notes Sale to Eagle Radio

On the Who’s Buying What page: Eagle Radio Communications has purchased NexGen Digital to serve several of its stations in the Midwest region, according to supplier Prophet Systems.
The stations are KELN(FM) and KOOQ(AM) in North Platte, Neb.; KHMY(FM), KHUT(FM) and KWBW(AM) in Hutchinson, Kan.; and KFEQ(AM), KKJO(FM), KSFT(AM) and KSJO(FM) in St. Joesph, Mo.
Mark Vail is VP/COO and Kevin Wagner is director of radio programming for Eagle Radio.
