Station owner Radio One Inc. has chosen Jeffrey Wilson to fill the position of regional vice president of its Midwest radio stations.
Wilson began his employment with Radio One in December of 2003 as general manager of the Columbus, Ohio market. In 2010, he was promoted to general manager of the company’s Cleveland radio stations.
As regional vice president, he will be tasked with overseeing all six of the Midwest markets: Columbus, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis and St. Louis.
Radio One, together with its subsidiaries, is a diversified media company that primarily targets African-American and urban consumers.
