Radio Wrocław Begins Live Video Stream

Has added high-definition video streaming to its radio broadcasts

Radio Wrocław listeners can now see what’s going on in the station’s new studios, thanks to its recently launched live visual radio stream.

Airing on FM and DAB+, the Polish-based independent, state-owned regional broadcaster is using the fully automated MultiCam Radio system to add high-definition video content to its radio broadcasts, and began testing the live video stream on Sept. 23.

This is the second MultiCam visual radio solution Radio Wrocław has put to use. Earlier this year, Radio Wrocław Kultura, the broadcaster’s digital-only station, began providing visual content via the French firm’s system. In addition, it says that plans are underway to add a third MultiCam Radio system to its FM station, Radio RAM, in 2017. All three Radio Wrocław stations broadcast 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Radio Wrocław listeners can download the network’s mobile app on its website. In the meantime, check out the stream here.
