RCS Announces iSelector Web Radio Users

RCS says it has added to the roster of clients using its new iSelector online service. It helps radio stations offer customized, subscription listening experiences.
The company says four Next Media radio stations are using the iSelector Personal Online Player: WLLI(FM) in Chicago, WXQR(FM) in Greenville-New Bern-Jacksonville, N.C., and WYAV(FM) and WKZQ(FM), both of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
The iSelector Internet Services uses the Selector scheduling system to create a separate schedule for each listener. Listeners can customize the player; stations can offer additional music rarely heard on the station itself.
RCS has an agreement with the major record labels, and says the system complies with the DMCA.
