Regent Deal for Brill Media Stations Complete

Regent Communications has a dozen new radio stations in its fold, serving parts of Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Colorado and Minnesota. Regent said it has completed the previously announced acquisition of stations from Brill Media Company and its debtors in connection with Brill’s federal bankruptcy proceeding. Regent paid $62 million in cash for the assets. It now has 75 stations in 17 markets.
