Rogers Media Selects WideOrbit Automation for Radio

WideOrbit also ranks among Deloitte’s 2012 Technology Fast 500

Canadian broadcaster Rogers Media has selected WO Automation for Radio, from advertising management software provider WideOrbit Inc., for its 55 radio stations.

“WO Automation for Radio will provide ease of use, a simple transition, new workflow efficiencies and enhanced integration for Rogers’ radio stations from coast to coast,” said Kirk Nesbitt, vice president of corporate and radio engineering for Rogers Media-Broadcasting.

WideOrbit has also been ranked 408 on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and clean technology companies in North America.

“We’ve continued on an accelerated growth path for the past several years by committing to a simple methodology: put the customer first and reinvest in core products and services,” said Eric R. Mathewson, founder and CEO of WideOrbit.

Technology Fast 500 award winners are selected based on percentage fiscal year revenue growth from 2007 to 2011.
