Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. closed the $35 million cash sale of KTCY(FM), Dallas, to Entravision Communications Corp. John Chachas of Merrill Lynch advised the Company on the transaction. SBS currently owns and/or operates 24 stations in seven of the top-ten U.S. Hispanic markets. The company also operates LaMusica.com, a bilingual Spanish-English Internet Web site.
