Several CBS Clusters Use Media Monitors

Audience Reaction and Mscore are among tools available to those managers

Media Monitors said CBS Radio clusters in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Washington and Seattle have signed up to use its services.

President/CEO Philippe Generali said the big-market clusters “will be able to optimize their online research and generate new sales prospects through our industry-leading radio, broadcast TV, cable and newspaper monitoring services” and also by using its new products that use Arbitron PPM data, called Audience Reaction and Mscore.

He said those tools let stations see actual listener behavior.
