Stephen Lockwood of Hatfield & Dawson Consulting Engineers has set up e-mail list servers on the SBE Chapter 16 server to help shortwave transmitter users.
According to the National Association of Shortwave Broadcasters, the servers are a forum for suggestions for maintenance and operation of Continental 418 and Harris SW 100 transmitters.
