Tieline announced that its Bridge-IT II codecs are now shipping, and that it plans to show the upcoming XTRA version at the IBC show in September.
The Bridge-IT II is intended for home studios, simple remote broadcasts, STLs, studio-studio links, multi-unicasting and multicasting applications. It occupies a half-rack width.
The Bridge-IT XTRA II iteration is scheduled to ship later this year. It occupies a single full rack space and has dual internal power supplies and additional I/Os.
