Engineers, IT and technical staff are invited to attend a technical symposium put on by Chapter 39 of the Society of Broadcast Engineers and American Tower in November.
It will be held on Nov. 12 at a Nielsen facility in Oldsmar, Fla.
Chapter 39 is based in Tampa Bay.
“This event offers a full day of excellent broadcast engineering and technology content for just $20, including breakfast, lunch and refreshments,” according to Roz Clark, who is one of the chapter’s officers.
“It’s one of the most affordable and valuable training opportunities available for broadcast engineering technologists. We have some heavyweight presenters covering all sorts of technology including cyber, advanced networking and AWS for Broadcast. This will also be the final year the symposium is held at the Nielsen facility before its closure.”
