Sports Marketer Inked for Radio Show

NAB has signed up Jon Spoelstra, author and sports marketer, to speak about marketing strategies at the 2002 NAB Radio Show Luncheon in Seattle. The event is on Sept. 14.
Spoelstra has written books including “Marketing Outrageously: How To Increase Your Revenues By Staggering Amounts,” “Ice to the Eskimos” and “Success Is Just One Wish Away.” He is a filmmaker and owns minor league teams; he is a former president and COO of the New Jersey Nets and former SVP/GM for the Portland Trail Blazers.
