Clear Channel and Radio Bismarck Mandan LLC will exchange cash and radio stations in Minnesota and North Dakota. Under the terms of the deal filed with the FCC, Clear Channel will give KNUJ(AM-FM) and KNSG(FM) in New Ulm-Sleepy Eye, Minn., in exchange for Radio Bismarck Mandan’s KXMR(AM) in Bismarck, N.D., plus cash.
“LMAs for all stations except KNSG(FM) are expected to begin Feb. 1,” according to a Clear Channel statement.
