The public has more time to file reply comments in the IBOC proceeding. The FCC has granted requests for more time from The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists; the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada; the Future of Music Coalition; the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences; and the Recording Artists Coalition, collectively known as the “Recording Artist Interest Commenters.”
RAIC requested a 61-day extension for reply comments but the FCC said that length of time was unsubstantiated.
Now, reply comments are due Aug. 2; previously, they were due July 16.
