The contract covers Ecreso 3 kW, 500 W and 300 W FM transmitters, as well as several Audemat-Aztec RXR1 rebroadcasting units, wattmeters and more.
“We decided at the end of 2006 to update our transmitter lines with new generation transmitters”, stated Minister of Communication and Civic Training Gahoun Hegbor. “We consulted with various transmitter manufacturers around the world and chose Ecreso.”
Two field engineers from Togo visited the Ecreso factory in Bordeaux, France, where they received a full training on the transmitters use and maintenance. Additionally, Hegbor and his technical adviser, Adjeté Lassey, visited the plant in Bordeaux.
