Traffic, transit and weather information provider Total Traffic & Weather Network announced a multiyear partnership as the exclusive traffic data provider for Spanish-language radio group Univision Radio.
TTWN’s traffic data gathering network is staffed with over 800 local traffic reporters in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Americans average two hours per day on the road dealing with traffic, and when in the car the radio is the go-to source for information about the conditions, noted Total Traffic & Weather Network SVP Mike Haake.
“Traffic reports are a critical part of our programming across the country,” said Univision Local Media Executive Vice President of Sales Lee Davis.
