Greater Media says John Mullett has been promoted to music director at alternative station WBOS(FM) in Boston.
“John is an ‘A’ player and the perfect choice because of his strategic thinking, love of music, and knowledge of the Alt 92.9 brand,” said WBOS Program Director Ken West. “I’m looking forward to his passion helping our team to create unique music experiences for our listeners.”
Mullett joined WBOS in 2013, where he most recently served as the marketing director at the station. Prior to coming to Greater Media Boston, he worked at WXRV(FM) and The Point in Burlington, Vt., which has seven FMs in its network.
