Its WEEI.com Web effort is a big part of the station’s brand-building strategy. The station’s increasing Web presence was profiled recently in Radio World.
Radio sales are increasingly about eyes as well as ears. Additional statistics on WEEI’s Web dynamics indicated that visitors are spending more time at the site; more time of course translates into more time to see ads.
WEEI.com is more than a placard and streaming site; it has a dedicated staff, constant news updates and blogs along with podcasts and video offerings.
