I’ve made references before to the helpful, free website FCCInfo.com, built by consulting firm Cavell Mertz.
Now those good folks have taken application data from the recent LPFM window and layered it onto Google Earth.
We learn about it from the blog of the law firm of Fletcher Heald & Hildreth, which notes, “If you have filed an LPFM application and want to get an idea of whether you have company, this is a handy tool. It should also help full-service licensees concerned about possible nearby LPFM encroachment on their channels.”
Here’s a more detailed description. Mike Rhodes of Cavell Mertz reminds me that the company has other FCCInfo layers on Google Earth as well.
