Audionamix has introduced IDC: Instant Dialogue Cleaner. The new plug-in marks the company’s first real-time, cloudless solution.
Sporting its own interface, designed with to be compatible with various workflows, the IDC plug-uses an integrated DNN artificial intelligence that automatically detects and separates speech regardless of the surrounding content, according to the company.
Using a knob-like paradigm, users can clean up dialogue from interviews, dailies from movies and TV, during the post-dialogue editing process, re-recording mixing, news and sports recording, radio broadcast, and more. The software is intended to address audio issues such as complex variable noise interference, including weather, traffic noise, music and room ambience.
IDC will be available in VST, AU, AAX Native and AudioSuite formats for both Mac and Windows systems and will feature fully automatable plug-in settings. It handles sample rates from 44 kHz to 192 kHz, 16 to 32 bits.
