Aimed at transmitter and amplifier system designers and manufacturers, the RES-Ingenium FM550-108 is an FM and FM HD Radio broadcast amplifier module.
The FM550-108 is based on the Freescale MRF6V2300NBR1 LDMOS transistor. The company expects it to have a long life and serve in rugged conditions (–10 to 60 degrees C).
The Class B FM550-108 is designed to sip power and be efficient with 82 percent collector efficiency. Typical gain should be 21 dB. Harmonic suppression is expected to be –30 dBc. Custom connectorized versions are available.
