Burk Technology has announced several product updates to begin 2025.
Firmware 5.1.5.10 for ARC Plus Touch and ARC Plus SL
Burk announced its ARC Plus Touch and ARC Plus SL systems running version 5 firmware can now be upgraded with firmware version 5.1.5.10. New features and enhancements in the firmware include support for the YYYY-MM-DD date format and enhanced SNMP communications to prevent false offline channels.
AutoLoad Plus 3.2.14.20
Its AutoLoad Plus software, which provides PC-based configuration of its ARC Plus system, has been upgraded to version 3.2.14.20. This version will automatically display hidden channels, and its “Save to File” function now defaults to a backup folder. The update also resolves several issues, including the proper calculation of SNMP string meter values.
AutoPilot Version 4.4.7.62
Lastly, its AutoPilot software, used for PC-based management of Burk remote controls, has a new version release, 4.4.7.62.This release resolves several issues, such as the ability to access the logged data view and faster loading of custom views containing charts. New features include the option to schedule reports by month.
