Super Hi-Fi unveiled an update to its Voicetrack Fusion platform.

Version 2.0 includes more than 100 new features, according to the software development company. They are based on user feedback and aim to make its voicetracking system “more intelligent and human.”

The updated offerings include a manual mode that gives on-air talent more control over their voicetracks. This includes the ability to talk over music in real time and trigger the next song on cue. The Fusion platform can guide talent with real-time post timing cues and visual feedback.

Fusion 2.0 also adds support for pre-produced voicetracks and manual content uploads, allowing talent to submit segments with music beds, sound effects or full audio design. The platform adjusts for different content types and applies appropriate processing through its recently updated VoiceIQ 2.0 mastering engine, according to the company.

Other features include refreshed information panels that display shift data and a “due in” timer to help talent stay on schedule. Super Hi-Fi said the platform also includes automatic translations of voicetrack transcriptions in approximately 30 languages.

Fusion continues to include Genius Mode, which allows on-air talent to speak normally while its MagicStitch AI automatically fits music beds beneath voicetracks to eliminate dead air. The AI then aligns recordings with music to ensure precise post timing.

A release said that approximately 70% of the platform’s users are reporting time savings while they produce their voicetracks.
