Installation accessories manufacturer Altinex now offers a tabletop pop-up charging station, the TNP155.
The TNP155 box mounts on a tabletop-desktop and pops up, providing a pair of standard AC outlets along with a pair of USB chargers, ideal for smartphones. When not in use, the TNP155 can be pushed down for a flush closed position.
With the proliferation of smartphones, the TNP155 is a handy device to mount in a studio or work bay to conveniently charge smartphones, laptops and tablets or provide tabletop AC power to any other device.
The TNP155 ships with 9–10-foot power cables, 6-foot USB extension cables and a 5 V, five-port USB charging unit to power the USB ports. An “S” unit, the TNP155S is available in brushed aluminum. Price: $325.
