The content producer/syndicator says Simple Booth currently has about 150 radio affiliates in the US, including Alpha Media, iHeartMedia, Cumulus and Townsquare Media stations.
“The future of radio lies in experiential marketing,” YEA Networks President and CEO George Laughlin said in the release.
Simple Booth consists of its HALO app and hardware, which can be used to create “a custom branded experience,” according to the announcement. Stations can customize the start screen, overlay filters, add a hashtag, and also enable guests yto share photos, animated GIFs and videos to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from their mobile device.
Because users connect with their device, Simple Booth also delivers “data capture,” which stations can use for marketing leads and to build databases and analytics to measure engagement.
Stations can also have photo booths in multiple locations and manage settings remotely.
Simple Booth says it currently offers cash, lease and barter options for the photo booth.
