HD Radio Alliance Launches Q2 Campaign
Apr 7, 2010 12:08 PM, By Mark Krieger
A new campaign extolling the value of FM HD Radio multicasting is lighting up the airwaves of HD Radio Alliance member stations across the country. Sporting the tagline, “HD Radio — A Good Deal More,” the current campaign seeks to leverage a national upturn in auto sales as an opportunity to get more OEM HD radios on the road in radio markets across the country.
According to an Alliance press release, the new spots were crafted by producer Kevyn Howard with help from Jacobs Media to emphasize FM HD Radio’s ability to deliver multicast content at no recurring cost as an attractive value proposition in tough economic times. The campaign began airing last week on approximately 600 Alliance member stations and is scheduled to continue through June 27. Samples can be heard at www.hdradioalliance.com.
