Educational Media Foundation will buy KXOR(FM) in Thibodaux, La., for $525,000.
The current owner of the Class C3 FM signal at 106.3 MHz is My Home Media Team, headed by Susan Lucchesi, which has other radio holdings in New Mexico and Texas. KXOR currently airs classic rock. EMF is the big organization that uses satellite and its own FM holdings to constitute the Christian Air1 and K-Love radio networks.
Bill Whitley and George Reed of Media Services Group are brokers representing the seller, and they announced the transaction.
