Weather forecast and information provider AccuWeather has tapped Steven Hickson to serve as chief financial officer.
He directs all financial responsibilities and stewardship and is a member of the company’s executive team.
“We are pleased to welcome Steven to our team, with demonstrated financial leadership experience to support AccuWeather’s global growth trajectory,” said CEO Barry Lee Myers.
Hickson has previously served as CFO for Latin American Pay Television Service. He also worked for Turner Broadcasting System, where he managed the establishment of two internal start-up service areas. Hickson entered the world of finance as a Certified Public Accountant with KPMG.
