Bock to Acquire Soundelux Microphone Rights

David Bock, designer and cofounder of Soundelux Microphones, is acquiring the rights to the Soundelux Microphone company, according to distributor TransAudioGroup.
The acquisition is scheduled to be finalized in 2007 and includes the use of the Soundelux brand name, microphone design and manufacturing rights, mic model numbers/designations and current inventory.
