Farley, Mills Promoted at Bonneville in DC.

Jim Farley gets a new title to add to his existing ones as part of the big cluster shuffle at Bonneville in Washington announced Wednesday.
The VP of news and programming for WTOP Radio adds oversight of the new Washington Post Radio format, which starts in March. The company said he will hire a PD and fill air-talent positions.
Matt Mills, GM of WTOP Radio, is promoted to director of sales for Bonneville Radio in the market and will oversee sales operations of WTOP Radio, WGMS Radio, Washington Post Radio and Federal News Radio. He will hire a GSM, a director of national sales and an account manager.
D.C. Senior Vice President Joel Oxley made the announcement on the same day that the company announced it will move the all-news WTOP format off 1500 kHz and 107.7 MHz to a better FM signal at 103.5, then move classical WGMS from there to another frequency and create a new Washington Post Radio format that will occupy two of WTOP’s old channels.
