NAB Show Opens This Weekend

Stuff’s already happening in Las Vegas, as the NAB2003 show is set to open.
Among the pre-show activities this weekend are meetings of public radio engineers, the NRSC standards body and a private forum about data technology put together by Ibiquity Digital.
The weekend also features SBE Ennes Workshops, digital radio sessions in the Broadcast Engineering Conference. The “all-industry” opening is Monday morning, and most exhibits open then.
Last year’s show drew about 92,400 people.
