Feingold to Introduce Concert Promotion Bill

Sen Russ Feingold, D-Wis., plans to introduce the Competition in Radio and Concert Industries Act Thursday. The bill is aimed at halting consolidation in the radio and concert promotion industries. Feingold has said he’s concerned about concentration in radio and concert ownership and how that affects music artists.
