The National Religious Broadcasters is without a president – again. The NRB board accepted the resignation of Wayne Pederson, who had moved up from the chairman position in October to succeed the late Brandt Gustavson. Pederson’s decision followed a nearly month-long debate among board members and association members over the future direction of the evangelical Christian media association.
In a statement released by the NRB, Pederson said he was disappointed and sad to leave, “but would be sadder had a rift resulted from this situation.”
The NRB board planned to consider options for an interim president/COO.
