QUINCY, Ill. � Following up on their surprise pre-Christmas announcement, Elenos and Broadcast Electronics have released a Q&A with more information about the acquisition and plans.
Broadcast Electronics Director of U.S. Sales and Marketing Jeff Wilson posed questions to Elenos Group President Leonardo Busi and BE President/CEO Tom Beck and shared the responses via email.
Both emphasized �synergies� between BE and Elenos, including product lines and U.S. and international presence, and spoke highly of the respective companies� reputations. Busi also said he is �excited about working with the people at BE,� which bodes well for current employees in Quincy, Ill.
The Q&A also noted that Busi believes BE should be able to expand into TV product manufacturing, in part due to Elenos� prior aquisition of Itelco.
Beck and Busi also highlighted BE�s AudioVAULT and Marti Electronics product lines and indicated that they hope to further revitalize these brands.
