DaySequerra Now Shipping M4FM-HD Modulation Monitor

Mar 31, 2014 6:21 AM, By Doug Irwin, CPBE DRB

West Berlin, NJ – Mar 25, 2014 – DaySequerra is now shipping its newest design, the M4FM-HD, an FM and FM-HD Radio modulation monitor. DaySequerra will demonstrate the M4FM-HD at the 2014 NAB Show in booth N3839.

The M4FM-HD uses a quad-core Texas Instruments DSP. All the M4FM-HD processing takes place in the digital domain; this results outstanding analog FM performance (SNR > 90 dB and THD < 0.01 percent) as well as simultaneous total, pilot, L, R, L+R and L-R, and all MPX-SCA modulation level measurements all with better than 1.0 percent accuracy.

“After making a significant investment in the developing DSP mixed-signal technologies, DaySequerra’s efforts are paying off with the M4FM-HD,” stated DaySequerra President David Day.

Users can control and monitor their broadcasts from anywhere via the M4FM-HD’s integrated Web server, which is fully compatible with most browsers and operating systems. The M4FM-HD has SMTP support so that it can send alert emails with nothing more than an Internet connection.

DaySequerra’s new Factory-Direct Upgrade Program lets users upgrade any vintage DaySequerra M4 to add the latest features and benefits of the M4FM-HD.
