The company�s history is represented in a retrospective timeline and a pictorial of the manufacturing process. A new interactive feature also enables customers to request products or information, improving customer relations and service.
The site is compatible with newer Web browsers, adapting to various screen sizes because, according to General Manager Dave Hill, �About 25 percent of our Web traffic is from mobile phone users. It was important for us to ensure the user interface served those clients well. For instance, it allows the system tech to go onto the site to get solutions using his or her mobile device.�
