WASHINGTON The National Association of Broadcasters has crossed off another item in the long to-do list that accompanies moving: It sold its longtime D.C. headquarters at 1771 N St. NW after five months on the market.
Washington Business Journal reports that the building sold to an affiliate of Stream Realty Partners for almost $534 per square foot totaling $31.6 million. The approximately 50-year-old building has 52,000 square feet of available space and is seven-stories tall.
The association broke ground on its new headquarters in June 2016. The new building will be 10 stories tall, featuring a rooftop terrace with a Capitol view and a 100-seat theater.
