ABC Extends Brands to Satellite

Sirius Satellite Radio and XM Satellite Radio will carry ABC Radio networks’ flagship brands, ESPN Radio, Radio Disney and ABC News and Talk.
Sirius will also offer ESPNEWS and a trucker channel produced in collaboration by ABC and Sirius, featuring the “Midnight Cowboy Trucking Show,” produced by WBAP(AM), Ft. Worth, Texas.
“The new carriage agreements with XM and Sirius are logical steps forward as we continue to tap new audiences, new programming and new technologies,” said ABC Radio Networks President Traug Keller.
